Sunday, July 3rd, 2011 at 1:02 pm

After 11 years with the Minnesota Twins, Michael Cuddyer is an All Star.

The Twins season has been filled with injuries to key players like Morneau, Mauer, and Kubel. The only consistent to the 2011 season so far has been Cuddyer. He has played multiple positions this season while filling in for injured players. Being versatile in the field hasn’t stopped his production at the plate either. Going into Sunday, Cuddyer is hitting .286 with a .356 on-base-percentage and .459 slugging percentage. He is the team-leader with 11 home runs with 32 RBI and 36 runs scored while stealing a career high seven bases.

The 32-year-old veteran is in the final year of his contract and his name has come up in trade speculations.
