Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN – The Minnesota Twins announced today that they have optioned left-handed pitcher Glen Perkins and catcher Wilson Ramos to Triple-A Rochester.  They have also placed catcher Jose Morales and right-handed pitcher Joe Nathan on the 15-day disabled list.

The Twins will bring nine additional players to Minnesota for the April 2 and 3 exhibition games against the St. Louis Cardinals at Target Field:  Pitchers – Mike Maroth, Anthony Slama and Kyle Waldrop; Catcher – Danny Lehmann; Infielders – Brock Peterson and Steve Singleton; Outfielders – Brian Dinkelman, Jacque Jones and Juan Portes.
