Tigers Can’t Claw Back Against Esko

Saturday, March 6th, 2010 at 6:36 pm

A big second half run by the Esko Eskimos ended Rush City’s chance at a second playoff upset.  The Eskimos ended the Tigers season with a 71-55 win at the University of Minnesota-Duluth.  Esko led by just six at the half, but turned Rush City turnovers into easy baskets to take control.  Keely Deadric scored a game high 24 for the Eskimos.  Jami Friday led the Tigers with a team high 17.   Rush City ends the season 15-9, after just a 4-18 season a year ago.
