The Mora Mustangs baseball team and the Grantsburg Pirates softball team both earn a trip to the state tournament with wins, Thursday.

The Mustangs dominate Cloquet, 11-0, scoring at their runs in the bottom of the fourth.  This is the second straight section championship for the Mustangs and fourth in nine years.  They play Thursday at 12:30 p.m. at Joe Faber Field in St. Cloud.

The Pirates move on with a pair of wins.  They drop Park Falls 10-1 in game one, then take down Prescott 7-3.  Follow the Pirates run to the state tournament on classic hits 105.7 WXCX.
