The 2009 baseball season is setting up to be a special one for the Pine City Dragons.  The Dragons blast the Braham Bombers 12-0 on the road, Tuesday, on a game heard on 1350 WCMP-AM.   The win improves Pine City to 8-1.  Taylor Gonyea led the charge knocking two pitches over the fence.  Gonyea also tamed the Bombers on the mound, getting the win in a complete game one-hitter.  Tyler Spinler added a three run homer in the second.  Up next for Pine city is a showdown with Rush City, Friday.  Both teams are undefeated in the Great River Conference.  The Tigers beat Aitkin 5-3, Tuesday.
