Location: Grantsburg
Original Broadcast Time: 4:30pm [DELAY]
Results: [GAME1] St.Crx 2 : 8 G’burg – [GAME2] St.Crx 0 : 2 G’burg

The Grantsburg Pirates boys baseball team was on SAM1057 Tuesday afternoon for a doubleheader against St. Croix Falls.

Game 1 of our Doubleheader showcased a great pitching performance from Pirate Lucas Willis, who struck-out 11 St.Croix batters in his winning effort. A score of 8-2 ended in Grantsburg’s favor. Game 2 would feature another great performance from Pirates pitchers, as they shut out the visitors for a closer score of 2-0.

The Grantsburg squad had a large majority of their April schedule cancelled after winter just wouldn’t end but they are now getting as many games in as they can to prepare for playoffs. The Pirates remain undefeated thus far with a 5-0 record.
