Person Of Interest Sought In St.Louis Co. Homicide

The Virginia Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a person of interest in a homicide which occurred in Virginia earlier this week.

The St.Louis County Medical Examiner determined that Harley Joseph Jacka, 29, of Virgina, died Tuesday of homicidal violence. Investigators are attempting to now locate a 42-year-old person of interest in the incident.

Anthony James Isham, 42, is Native American, 5’8″, approximately 185 lbs, with brown eyes and black and grey hair.

A warrant has been issued for Isham’s arrest for a burglary in Greaney. Items taken during the burglary were several guns, including a handgun and a vehicle described as a navy blue Chrysler Town and Country van, Minnesota license plate 627 LTT.
