After two lackluster (and substitute-ridden) preseason match-ups, the Vikings will have something else to show national audiences on Sunday against the San Francisco 49ers.

According to Vikings.com, head coach Leslie Frazier announced in a Friday press conference that the mainstays of the club will be making appearances that were longer than expected.

“We will play our first offense, and our first defense, through the first half. We plan on bringing them out to kick off the third quarter as well”, Frazier said.

It was also announced during the press conference that linebacker Erin Henderson will make his return to the field on Sunday after experiencing leg problems.
