On Sunday, the Minnesota Twins won their second series of the season and improved to 4-2 overall with a 4-3 win at Baltimore.

The win went to Anthony Swarzak who pitched just 1 1/3 innings in the game, but it was the Twins resiliency that really helped them pull out a victory.

After falling behind 3-0 in the bottom of the second inning, Minnesota got back into the game with two runs in the top of the third on a 2 RBI double by Justin Morneau.

The Twins would take the lead in the top of the sixth when they scored two more runs: one on an RBI by Chris Parmalee, and the eventually game winning RBI by new leadoff man Aaron Hicks.

The Twins took two of three games from the Orioles in Baltimore and are now tied with the Chicago White Sox atop the AL Central standings. Minnesota opens a three game series at the Royals on Monday at 3:10 and you can catch that game on 100.9 Cool Country.
