Michigan Wolverines To Represent Big 10 In Final Four

Over the weekend March Madness continued. The Big 10 watched as their top teams Michigan State, Ohio State and Indiana all lost, but one Big 10 team has made it to the Final Four: The Michigan Wolverines.

The Wolverines defeated #1 seed Kansas on Friday night in dramatic fashion and then cruised past the Florida Gators on Sunday to get back to the Final Four for the first time since the Fab Five were playing in 1993.

The Wolverines will play Jim Boeheim’s Syracuse Orangemen when play resumes next Saturday night. The other game that night will be top seed Louisville against Cinderella Witchita State.

Easter Sunday will also be remembered for the gruesome injury suffered by Louisville sophomore Kevin Ware, who sustained a compound fracture of his right leg. We’re happy to report that Ware has made it through surgery well, and had a rod inserted into the leg.
