State Rep. Tim Faust was back on the air on Monday to talk about the upcoming week in St. Paul and the ongoing budget debate. While Gov. Mark Dayton is hitting the road in a series of townhall meetings, Rep. Faust said legislative leaders will be receiving spending targets and hammering out details on the final bill. Faust also said that a same-sex marriage bill may, or may not, be heard this legislative session.
