Sen. Lourey Calls In To Talk About Health Insurance Exchange BIll

State Sen. Tony Lourey has taken Senate File 1 through nine committee meetings and says that a floor debate is coming on the bill that would bring a health insurance exchange to the state of Minnesota. Sen. Lourey explained why the bill needs to be passed by the end of March.
