Traffic Death Numbers On the Rise In Wisconsin
Wisconsin Transportation officials are trying to bring awareness about the number of traffic deaths in the state, reporting that the number of casualties had risen for the month of January.
The official number calls for 40 people who lost their lives in traffic crashes for January. In a yearly comparison, traffic deaths were up nearly 6% last year in comparison to 2011.
Transportation officials from the state say drivers should avoid tasks while driving which include eating, using a cell phone, or searching for items in the car while moving.
