Duluth Group Will Try To Set Snow-Angels Record

High school students and a Rotary Club in Duluth will try to break a world record for making snow angels in February.

According to a report in the Duluth News Tribune, the attempt to gather 9,000 snow-angel makers will be on Feb. 9 at the University of Minnesota Duluth campus. The current record , set in North Dakota, is 8,963.

Organizers are also asking participants to donate $5 per person or $10 per family to help an organization that works on development projects in Ethiopia.
