Dayton, Walker Among Group Of Governors Meeting With Obama Tuesday

Minnesota Gov. Mark Dayton and Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker are among a group of Governors in Washington today to talk with President Obama about the fiscal cliff situation. Delaware Gov. Jack Markell is leading a group from the National Governors Association to meet with President Obama on Tuesday at the White House.

The governors will discuss the potential impact on their states under the “fiscal cliff” scenario, as well as potential solutions.

Other Governors attending are Mary Fallin of Oklahoma, Mike Beebe of Arkansas, and Gary Herbert of Utah.
