The North Branch Police department is asking for the public’s help in solving a suspected arson from Sunday. In a press release we learned that in the early morning hours of November 4, North Branch Police and fire responded to the North Branch Veterinary Hospital on the report of a structure fire. Five dogs and a cat were ultimately rescued from the building without injury and the fire was extinguished with the help from the Harris, Rush City and Stacy Fire Departments. The MN State Fire Marshall did respond as well, and has confirmed that the fire was an arson. There is a reward of up to $2500 being offered for information leading to an arrest in the case.

Anyone with information is asked to call the North Branch Police at 651-674-8848 or the Arson Hotline at 1-800-723-7020.
