78-Year-Old Princeton Man Struck, Killed While Riding Motorized Scooter

A Princeton man was struck by a vehicle Saturday afternoon after riding his motorized scooter into a traffic lane.

78-year-old Eugene Zeroth was riding his motorized scooter on County Road 29, in the Dora Lake area, when he came off of an access road, into a traffic lane, and in front of a vehicle.

The vehicle stuck Zeroth at approximately 12:16pm. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
