The Milwaukee Brewers are back to .500 for the first time since April after beating the Atlanta Braves 5-0 at Miller Park last night.

Marco Estrada was lights out for the Brewers. He pitched 6 and 2/3 innings of shutout ball only allowing 4 hits while striking out six. Estrada is now 3-6 this season with a 3.77ERA.

Ricki weeks got the Brewers on the board in the bottom of the first inning with his 18th home run of the year. The Brewers would add three more runs in the seventh inning and one more off the bat of Aramis Ramirez, who hit his 23rd home run of the season, in the bottom of the eighth inning.

With the 5-0 win, the Brewers are now only four games back in the National League Wild Card race. The same two teams square off tonight with Yovani Gallardo pitching for Milwaukee.
