Bad One-Vehicle Accident In Hinckley Hospitalizes 2 Juveniles

On Tuesday, September 4, the Pine County Sheriff’s Office responded to a one vehicle accident on Two Rivers Road South of Hinckley. A Ford F-150 pickup truck driven by a juvenile female, with a juvenile passenger went off the roadway, into the ditch and rolled over landing on its top on Two Rivers Road.

Responding units from the Pine County Sheriff’s Office, Hinckley Fire Department, Brook Park Fire Department, Essentia Health Ambulance Service, and North Memorial Air Care arrived on the scene.

Units worked for over an hour to extricate the juvenile female driver from the vehicle. The juvenile female was then transported by North Memorial Air Care to the Twin Cities for treatment of her injuries. The juvenile female passenger was transported by ambulance to Essentia Hospital in Sandstone for treatment of her injuries.

The cause of the motor vehicle accident is currently being investigated by the Pine County Sheriff’s Office.
