Name Of Duluth Man Electrocuted Released
The name of the man who died after being electrocuted in a construction accident Monday has been released.
According to the Duluth Police Department, the victim was 38-year-old Paul Eugene Garro of Duluth.
A news release says Garro was working on a home when the accident happened. When emergency crews arrived Garro was unconscious, wasn’t breathing and didn’t have a pulse. He was transported by ambulance to Essentia Health-St. Mary’s Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
