St. Cloud State University To Become Tobacco-Free

Tuesday, July 31st, 2012 at 6:43 am

Starting tomorrow, St. Cloud State University will be a tobacco-free campus.

The new policy comes after a year of campus-wide discussions and a period where tobacco could only be used in designated areas.

The only places people can use tobacco after Aug. 1 will be in traditional Native American ceremonies, scientific studies, theatrical productions, and private vehicles.
