Saturday, July 7th, 2012 at 10:59 am

It’s been over two years since the workplace smoking ban was implemented in Wisconsin, but sales have been pushed in a positive direction.

The ban included facilities such as restaurants, taverns, stores, government buildings, hotels, day care centers, state institutions, college residence halls, as well as hospitals.

According to Wisconsin State collection data, sales were up 1% in 2010, and up 2% in 2011 in the restaurant and tavern industry.
