Burning Restrictions In MN Partially Lifted

With the decline in droughts throughout the state of Minnesota, the DNR has lifted it’s burning restrictions in many Minnesota counties. Effective Wednesday, restrictions have been lifted in counties including: Beltrami, Cass, Itasca, Clearwater, and Polk among others.

The news relating to Pine County is that there are still special burning restrictions in areas of Pine County in the St. Croix Valley due to the large amounts of fallen trees and downed wood from last July’s huge blowdown storm.

Local restrictions may apply elsewhere.
