Wisconsin Man Sentenced To 5 Years For 7th OWI
A Wisconsin man has been sentenced to five years in prison after he pleaded no contest to his seventh drunken driving offense in Fond du Lac County.
29-year-old John C. Baker was arrested for the OWI in February 2011. That was about three weeks after he was released from prison for his sixth conviction of driving while intoxicated.
According to the criminal complaint, Baker’s blood-alcohol level was 0.252 percent. His driver’s license was revoked at the time.
