Braham Boys vs Virginia Thursday Night: Audio Replay

Thursday, March 15th, 2012 at 1:13 pm

One year ago, in the Section Semi-Finals, the Braham Bombers boys basketball team was bounced from the postseason by the Virginia Bluedevils. Virginia was led that night by a solid senior duo of Mitch Buck and Calvin Stackpool, while the Bombers had to do their best without Coach Bob Vaughan on the sidelines. Vaughan was dealing with health problems at the time, and his team really missed his leadership.

Tonight the Bombers have a chance at a bit of redemption as again in the Section Semi’s they will face Virginia. This time around Vaughan is healthy and has his team on an impressive 27-game winning streak and the boys are the top-ranked team in the State in Class 2A. Senior Tyler Vaughan has led the team in scoring yet again this season, but gets major contributions from the other starters including Anthony Bias, Cameron Braund, Shaun Hollencamp and Drew Klemz.

Join Jesse Logan and Eric Wicktor from Duluth for the Bombers game against the Virginia Bluedevils.
