Madison Woman Arrested For OWI After Car Rips In Half
A Madison woman was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated early Wednesday morning.
The Green County Sheriff’s Department says, 28-year-old Kaitlin N. Frye failed to stop at a stop sign in Brooklyn when she entered a ditch and then over corrected causing the vehicle to crash into a utility pole. The vehicle was torn in half.
Frye was taken to UW Hospital.
Frye was arrested for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated and 1st Offense Operating a motor vehicle while under the influence. She was also cited for Fail to Stop at a Stop Sign and Too Fast for Conditions. Frye was released pending court.
