Gov. Scott Walker will no longer accompany President Barack Obama for today’s appearance at Master Lock in Milwaukee, according to the AP.

Official spokesman Cullen Werwie stated today the Walker is still recovering from a “nasty case of the flu”, although Walker plans to still greet the president upon arrival at the Milwaukee airport.

The visit by Obama marks his first in over a year. Tuesday, Walker did state on Twitter that he sick with an upset stomach.
