Two Harbors Bank Robbery Suspect Arrested In Proctor

A man suspected of robbing a Two Harbors bank on Christmas Eve is in jail.

With the help of the FBI, authorities arrested 25–year–old Kenneth Moore in a Proctor residence. Moore, who is from Finland, Minnesota, is accused of robbing a Lake Bank branch in a Super One grocery store at gunpoint on Saturday. He is being held in the Lake County jail awaiting charges.

On Saturday, authorities say Moore walked into the bank, handed the teller a note saying he had a gun and was demanding money.

It’s believed he made off with an undisclosed amount of cash, but the teller was able to give a full description of the man, which presumably aided in the hunt for Moore.

A decision on charging the Moore in federal or state court is expected early this week.
