Chippewa Falls Woman Could Face Homicide Charges In Overdose Case
A woman could face homicide charges after officers uncovered what killed a man in an apartment in Chippewa Falls back in September.
The Chippewa Falls Police Department says David Gnoza, 40, died of mixed drug toxicity. Investigators say toxicology tests found a high level of methadone in his system that was lethal.
Police say the district attorney could charge the apartment’s tenant, a 53-year-old woman, with intentional homicide.
