Pine City Officially Proclaimed A Yellow Ribbon Communty

On Wednesday, Pine City was officially designated as a Yellow Ribbon Community. Mayor Jane Robbins along with Jessica Paulson and Cindy Foster were on hand in Duluth as Gov. Mark Dayton presented them with form of proclamation.
