Woman Arrested In South Dakota For Minnesota, Wisconsin Murders
A woman has now been arrested and accused of killing both her ex-husband in Minnesota and her boyfriend in Wisconsin. Angelina Omara is the suspect in the death of her supposed boyfriend, Michael Pies in Ashland, is also accused in the death of her ex-husband who was found dead in Sauk Rapids, Minnesota.
Angelina Omara was arrested in South Dakota. Both of the men were found dead with gunshot wounds to the head.
KSAX-TV reported that Pies was Angelina Omara’s boyfriend, and that the woman’s GMC Jimmy was spotted at the motel in Ashland where Pies’ body was found.
KSAX reported both men were also found with their heads covered by pillows.
Angelina Omara was found and arrested at a truck stop in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
According to court documents, Angelina Omara has been charged with 2nd Degree Murder in Benton County, but has not yet been charged in Ashland in the death of Pies. She could face up to 40 years in prison in the death of her ex-husband.
The Omaras have a 13-year-old daughter, who police said is staying with relatives.
