Men Plead Guilty To Large Pot Grow
The U.S. Attorney’s Office announced on Monday that four men involved in a major marijuana operation in Northern Minnesota have plead guilty.
In March of 2010, authorities seized over one million dollars worth of the drug from six locations.
The defendants are David Foote and Steven Hansen, of Duluth, Russell Fromberg of Proctor, and Craig Modean, of Barnum.
Local law enforcement told the Associated Press that it was one of the largest busts they’ve ever done as almost 1000 plants were seized.
The defendants admitted to having them at their residences or other locations.
Fromberg also admitted to having seven firearms.
