This week, Minnesota Gov. Mark Dayton will head to the Iron Range to conduct one more of his Economic Development Summits as he makes his way around the state. Dayton will be at the Mesabi Range Community and Technical College in Virginia on Tuesday.

Dayton will also travel to Faribault later this week for another Summit at South Central Technical College. Both summits are aimed at gathering the best ideas on job creation from Minnesotans and to highlight Minnesota’s strong business climate and economic development opportunities.

Governor Dayton has held regional summits in Winona, Fergus Falls, and Brainerd. Governor Dayton plans to hold several more in the coming weeks, culminating in a statewide jobs summit in October.
