We reported on Wednesday that one man was dead and one was missing after an empty boat was found on Cass Lake in norther Minnesota.

Authorities have now recovered the body of a second Wisconsin man who died in the apparent boating accident.

Cass County sheriff’s officials say the body of 52-year-old Daniel Kramer of Sheboygan, Wis., was recovered about 11 a.m. Thursday.

The sheriff’s office was called Monday evening about a boat circling on Cass Lake. The body of the first victim, 70-year-old Delmar Thielbar of Denmark, Wis., was located shortly afterward. An autopsy found he had drowned.

Chief Sheriff’s Deputy Erick Hoglund says the men were fishing and that no one witnessed the accident. Hoglund says neither victim was wearing a life jacket.
