Hospitals and clinics are more than places where people go to heal, they are a part of the community that fosters health and represents hope. From providing treatment and comfort to the sick, to welcoming new life into the world, hospitals and clinics are central to a well and healthy community. A Health System is a partner with a vibrant local community. That’s the message FirstLight Health System hoped to communicate with the 1st annual community picnic in Hinckley.

“We are so excited to be a part of the Hinckley community,” Randy Ulseth, FirstLight Health System CEO, said. “We’re extremely privileged to contribute to the community’s health and wellness and we look forward to playing an active role in the Hinckley community.”

FirstLight Health System celebrates its involvement with its local communities annually with a community appreciation picnic. This was the 1st Annual Community Picnic held in Hinckley and it was a big success with over 150 people enjoying a free picnic lunch at the Hinckley clinic location. Held each year, FirstLight Health System provides the picnic to area residents as a thank you for their support.
