Woman Faces Felony Charges for Threats Made to Lawmakers
A Wisconsin women is now facing two felony charges of creating a bomb scare in connection with threats made to GOP state lawmakers. According to the criminal complaint, Katherine Windels is charged with two counts of threats to injure of harm because of emails she sent to republican state senators. The complaint alleges she sent the two emails to the senators threatening to shoot them and plant bombs around their homes.
The bomb scare charges carry a max penalty of 3 years 6 months in prison and the threats to injure are misdemeanors.
