Day Four Of Recount Begins

Day four of the Minnesota Governor recount began today with 92 percent of precincts recounted, according to the Minnesota Secretary of State.

Unofficial results from the end of Wednesday show 84 percent of ballots have been recounted.

The AP says results from Wednesday indicate Republican candidate Tom Emmer picked up 14 votes, while DFL candidate Mark Dayton gained 17 votes.

Dayton currently leads the race with an 8,770 vote lead, and the recount has to be wrapped up by Monday, December 6.
