Head-On Collision in Wyoming Kills ‘DWI Ride Home’ Founder
The founder DWI Ride Home of Minnesota, Inc., a program designed to keep people safe on Minnesota roads, was killed in a head-on crash Wednesday afternoon in Wyoming, Minn.
According to the incident report, Scott Judd (42) was driving a van westbound on Highway 8 when he crossed the center line and struck a semi heading eastbound. The crash caused the semi to roll into the ditch and the van ended up on the north shoulder of the road.
The driver of the semi, 51-year-old Larry Christensen of Luck, Wis., suffered only minor injuries. The Patrol says Judd was not wearing his seat belt.
