FBI Investigating Powdery Substance Found In Court Building
The Minneapolis FBI is investigating after a suspicious powdery substance was found at the St. Paul Federal Court building Monday afternoon. A female clerk in the building opened an envelope that contained a strange powdery substance.
The St. Paul Fire Department and hazardous materials personnel responded to the court building around 2:15 p.m. Monday, and WCCO of Minneapolis reports the building was then evacuated as a precaution.
Air monitoring equipment has not indicated any harmful substances at this point, but the clerk, along with two other employees, were taken to the hospital for observation.
