Commissioner Dan McElroy and other DEED representatives are visiting 11 Minnesota communities this summer to discuss new initiatives designed to encourage economic and workforce development in the state. The commissioner also will discuss the state of the economy and present an overview of the 2010 legislative session during each event.
DEED’s summer road show will be in Pine City on July 21. They have invited core partners to attend, including economic developers, workforce development professionals, educators, local government officials, business leaders and legislators.
It will be on Wednesday, July 21, from 8:30 a.m. to noon at Pine Tech Community College in Pine City
