Loading ...Update: Ludusky Sue Hotchkiss Sentenced
Update: 30-year-old Ludusky Sue Hotchkiss will serve 32 months behind bars and will have to be on supervised release for another 16 months, for starving her 10 year old special needs daughter Lakesha Victor.
The case has been open and going through the courts for the past 4 years. When sentenced the defense asked for a few more days before she was suppose to be taken into custody and the Judge said “The case has been pending for way too long,” and ordered her taken into custody immediately. She left the courtroom crying and calling to family members who were present.

I AM OUTRAGED WITH THIS…WHEN DOES KILLING YOUR CHILD = 32 MONTHS BEHIND BARS? SLAP ON THE WRIST FOR WHAT SHE PUT THAT CHILD THROUGH. THIS WHOLE CASE, EVERYONE INVOLVED, MAKES ME SICK TO MY STOMACH!!

And they wonder why so many Americans have little to no respect for the law anymore. When you get a lighter sentence for starving your child than you do for growing a little weed for yourself, something is radically wrong. Tell me America, haven’t you had enough ?!?!

SHE’S A COLD-BLOODED MURDERER! She sat by and watched and participated in killing her handicapped daughter! You can’t tell me that she didn’t know, that would be pure stupidity! She’s a liar for saying she didn’t know! How ignorant of anyone to say she didn’t know and she’s anything other than a cold-blooded murderer. SICK, SICK mind to watch and assist in your helpless childs SLOW DEATH. That’s absolutely disspicable. If she is not already sterilized I hope that she is made to be sterilized. Someone as un-nuturing and lacking parental abilities as she is should not be allowed to reproduce!!!!!

Wow this is crazy, a person that is cruel to animals gets more time than this. And what about Social Services, where is their responsibility in this, after all, the little girl was placed under the care of the county workers, doesn’t say much for our county does it ? I think all parties involved in this child’s case should be named and held accountable, even lose their job because they obviously failed to do their job. Tax payers pay for the services this child should have gotten, and now we are more than likely paying for the care of the siblings. SHAME ON YOU PINE COUNTY !!!!

This is sick.But the worst is all the other kids that need help. And where is the help for the kids apparently not here. I am trying to get a license to do foster care, and they do not want to give it to me because i do daycare. shouldnt they worry about people like this! and not people who want to help kid’s.
