Where: Grantsburg High School
Time: 6:30a.m – 7:45 a.m. registration / 8:00 a.m. – start of the race (No bicycles please)
Course: 5K (3.1 miles) on paved roads: Starts at the end of Madison ave. behind the Grantsburg High School. West on Madison North – East on North to turnaround point. finish back on Madison Ave.
Sponsor: Burnett Medical Center
Registration: Park at Grantsburg High School. Register a High School track 6:30 a.m. – 7:45 a.m.
Fee: $15 per participant
Benefit: Profits from this event will be donated to Community Referral Agency, Inc., an organization dedicated to the empowerment of battered individuals and their children, serving Burnett and Polk Counties.
Awards: Trophies to the overall male and female finishers. Medals to the first 3 male and female finishers in each of ten categories listed: Pre-teen, 13-16rs., 17-19 yrs., 20′s, 30′s, 40′s, 50′s, 60′s, 70′s, and 80+yrs.
Kiddie Carlyle: Children age 7 and younger are invited to participate in a 100 yard dash! Each participant pays $1 and will get a medal for crossing the finish line.
