Road Construction crews will start on Monday sealing the pavement of local roads and that will cause some traffic delays in the area. Most jobs will take about two or three days, permanent pavement jobs will take place this summer in June or July.

Local roads that are being worked on include  Highway 65 north of Cambridge, in Isanti and Kanabec counties, Highway 107 from Braham to Highway 65 to the Isanti and Kanabec County Line in Isanti County.

This year will be the biggest and most expensive year ever to fix, resurface and build new roads in Minnesota. Local roads that are being worked on are a small part of the big picture. The cost  of the 283 state projects is $1.3 billion.
