Loading ...Train Collides with Truck in Brook Park
A Burlington Northern train collided with an unoccupied truck Wednesday morning in Brook Park.
According to the Pine County Sheriff’s Office, the train was traveling southbound at approximately 25 mph at the time of the collision. The crash occurred near the overpass of Highway 23 around 6:30 a.m.
The four engine, 112-car train suffered no damage and there are no reports of injuries.
The Sheriff’s Office says the truck was stolen from Hinckley and are investigating other possible vehicle thefts from the same area.
