Alleged Drive-By Shooter to make Initial Appearance

AlexanderGrahamAlexander Graham, 21, of Mora will make his initial appearance Friday in Pine County court. He faces three charges for drive by shootings in the Hinckley area.

According to criminal complaint, witnesses saw Graham fire a BB gun while driving. Witnesses told police Graham hit and broke a window of the Dunn Square Apartments in Hinckley. He is also accused of shooting at a window of the Hinckley Chiropractic Center.

Police stopped Graham while driving on I-35. While making the arrest, the complaint states Graham admitted to police that he fired the BB gun. He went on to say that he received the gun in exchange for a bag of marijuana.

Graham is charged with Reckless Discharge of a Firearm within a Municipality, Drive By Shooting and fourth degree Criminal Damage to Property.

If convicted of all charges, he could serve over eight years in prison.

    well we all know that we can get 8 years in prison four doing some thing that dumb.lol damn
