According to Chisago County Attorney Janet Reiter’s office, in his guilty plea, Sullivan admitted to having  sexual contact with the minor.  The name of the minor is not being disclosed to protect the identity of the victim.

In pronouncing sentence, the Honorable John McBride indicated that, upon Sullivan’s release from prison, he would be required to register as a Predatory Offender for the balance of his lifetime.  He would also be under Conditional Release Supervision to the Minnesota Department of Corrections for the balance of his life.  If he should violate any conditions of his release, he could then be sent back to prison for a life term.
