061221-01-020The Minnesota Legislature heads back into session on Thursday.  Lawmakers return facing a $1.2 billion shortfall this biennium and a projected $5.4 billion in the 2012-2013 biennium.  State Senator Tony Lourey (DFL-Kerrick) talks about the state’s options in tackling the budget as well as the bonding bill.
