An eastern Pennsylvania man was charged after he allegedly broke into a home, cut his hair and prepared fried chicken before being discovered. The homeowner returned home Sunday to discover him watching TV and cooking chicken.

GO MAKE A BABY
Officials at the Ministry of Health in S. Korea will turn off all the lights in the building at 7pm tonight, to encourage employees to go home and have a night of passion with their partners. They plan on leading by example in an effort to encourage an increase in the birth rate, on of the lowest in the world.

HAITI RELIEF
Seven-year-olds Scotty Fripp and Sunni Greene are doing their bit to help Haitian earthquake victims. They’ve set up a lemonade stand near their Rock Hill, SC. homes. They hoped to bring about 60 bucks. But they raised nearly $1000 by Monday afternoon and sales were still going strong. The kids sold lemonade for 50 cents a cup.

IT’S ILLEGAL
A Memphis mom and her boyfriend were charged with aggravated assault for allegedly beating up a man they said sold her son pot, police say. Memphis Police allege Monika Spraggins, 30, and Larry Malone, 33, used pieces of furniture to hit the man they claim sold Spraggins’ teenage son marijuana over the head several times

WHITE CASTLE VALENTINES
White Castle said it is continuing its annual tradition of offering romantic, candlelit dinners for Valentine’s Day burger lovers. White Castles around the United States will be offering a candlelit atmosphere with tableside service and flowers for romantics seeking a thrifty holiday.

USELESS TRIVIA

Elizabeth Blackwell became the first woman in the U. S. to receive a medical degree in 1849. Today nearly half of the country’s medical students are female!
