H1N1 Clinics Announced for January

Pine County Public Health announced four more H1n1 vaccination clinic that will take place in January.

1)  Tuesday, January 12, 2-4:30pm in Sandstone at the Public Works Bldg, Pine County Public Health Offices, 1610 Hwy 23 N, approximately across from 61 Motel in Sandstone.  H1N1 vaccinations are free of charge.  If you would like a seasonal flu vaccine, please bring all insurance cards or $20.

2) Friday, January 15, 2-4pm, Pine County Courthouse Board Room, 635 Northridge Dr, Pine City, approximately one block north of northern Pine City freeway entrance.  H1N1 vaccinations are free of charge.  If you would like a seasonal flu vaccine, please bring all insurance cards or $20.

3) WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 20TH, Pine City Armory, 3-6pm, 1305 Main Street South, Pine City.  H1N1 VACCINATIONS ONLY.  This clinic is geared for a larger number of people and vaccinations are free of charge.  Please fill out a registration form located on this page (4th link down), or these will be available at clinic and can be filled out then.
