Rouillard Pleads “Not Guilty” to Murder
Wayne Rouillard appeared in Polk County Court Tuesday on first degree murder charges.
He pleaded not guilty to the charges.
The state requested bail increase from $75,000 to $250,000, according to Wisconsin court records. However, the motion was denied.
Rouillard, 62, is due back in court for motion hearings on March 23rd.
Rouillard is charged with first degree murder for the November killing of Stephen Dahlstrom, 61, of Bogota, Columbia. Rouillard was arrested at the scene where Dahlstrom was killed in the garage of the rural Luck, WI residence.
Dahlstrom suffered severe blunt force trauma and at least one fatal stab wound.
